Shipping policy

Every item on our shop is handmade here in California. This means some items may take longer to make than others before they are shipped. Most handmade items are made and shipped within 1-2 weeks.

EDEN Unique Creations is not responsible for any late, delayed, damaged, or stolen items, or for any loss, inconvenience, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our control. After an order is shipped, the customer assumes all risk for any loss or damage. This includes, but is not limited to, carrier delays, mishandling by third parties, weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or any other unforeseen events. 

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, the customer will receive an email with tracking information for the package

Nearly every item in our shop is handmade. Most items are made and shipped within 1–2 weeks of your order being placed.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery: Orders are shipped via USPS. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 2–3 weeks.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
